Bare Island North East 18th October 2008
Dive No. 323.
10.57 am, 17 degrees, 55 mins, 10.1 max, 6.4 av
Dive was marred by me losing my wide-angle lens at the entry point! Liz and I searched for quite a while but to no avail. Then we headed north, north-east to the beach. Lots of interesting overhangs and landscapes (this is where I saw a blue devil fish years ago) but not a great deal of fish. We did see a wobbegong, which Liz and I both agreed we didn’t think we’d ever seen at Bare before. Also saw red morwongs, old wifes, silver drummer, various wrasse and a cuttlefish.
